Capacity Building

Human resource capacity building: SDC UK is an experienced provider of training in Financial Management, Safeguarding, Project Cycle Management and Monitoring and Evaluation. Training programmes may be either theoretical or developed according to the requirements of the organisation, for example to develop understanding of a particular thematic or to explore programme specific outcomes.

Organisational development: SDC UK can work with your team to develop financial tools and systems, including a comprehensive financial manual. It offers support to staff and management through training and monitoring and evaluation services, including pre audit inspections.

It offers partners and donors a full review of financial performance and finance management at various stages of the project cycle and at project completion.

Tools development: SDC UK will work with your team, or with your partner's team, to develop child and adult safeguarding protocols and policies, financial monitoring tools and, based on the project itself, a full range of qualitative and quantitative monitoring and reporting tools to ensure appropriate measurement and review.

Research: SDC UK offers advice on research design and methodology, including its narrative and financial presentations to potential donors.
